Who is this Tanya Smith anyway?

I am a career and personal branding strategist specializing in providing career management resources for professional women either seeking career advancement or transition into a solo business opportunity.  I work with my clients showing them how to become more marketable in their career by developing an attractive, online career brand that allows them to earn more & enjoy more quality social connections with key influencers in their market.

I started the company, Design Your Work, in 2007 after having completed the first of several coaching & development certifications and a lot of inner faith-building work.  At the time, I was a working mom struggling to prioritize in a more demanding career-addictive society.  I have over a decade of HR experience with a Fortune 100 company, and a superior track record of coaching expertise.
